Through the Human Rights Defenders Gathering in Hebron, we unite under the banner of “Together We Protect Human Dignity.” Advocates from diverse backgrounds join forces to confront injustice, promote equality, and defend the oppressed. Our shared commitment strengthens resilience, fostering a future where dignity and rights are safeguarded for everyone.

01. Providing Legal Support for Detainees
The coalition has provided legal and psychological support to detainees and their families, assisting with legal cases in court and ensuring necessary legal aid.
02. Raising Community Awareness on Human Rights
The coalition has organized workshops and training programs to increase local awareness of human rights and methods of defending them, focusing on the rights of women, children, and people with disabilities.
03. Documenting and Monitoring Violations
The coalition has worked to document and monitor violations in the area, publishing regular reports that raise both local and international awareness about the human rights situation in Hebron.

The Human Rights Defenders Coalition in Hebron seeks volunteers in various fields to support its activities. These fields include
Language Instruction
Offering language courses for the local community to enhance effective communication, particularly in the field of human rights (Hebrew, English, Spanish, French).
Documentation of Violations Through Camera Work
Training individuals on advanced photography and videography techniques to help document human rights violations and raise awareness.
International and Local Lawyers
The coalition needs volunteer lawyers to support human rights cases, provide legal advice to victims and their families, and train volunteers on legal documentation of violations under occupation.
Psychological Support and Relief Training
Providing psychological support for those affected by violations, as well as training in mental health to support vulnerable groups in areas near settlements.
Assistance During Olive Harvest Season
The coalition needs local and international volunteers to assist farmers in olive harvesting, an annual seasonal activity symbolizing solidarity and support.
Organizing Summer Camps
Working with children and youth in summer camps, requiring local and international volunteers to act as camp counselors to promote human rights values and develop young people’s skills.
